He definitely got lucky.

Speed limits exist for a reason. Most of the time, that reason is to be ignored in favor of going just slightly above it (what do those traffic designers know, anyway?).

Regardless of how well people actually follow them, we can all agree that the world is a better place when people follow the speed limit, or at least, keep their speed in the general vicinity of the limit.

This guy didn’t do that. Instead of keeping pace with traffic, he weaved in and out of it, eventually causing his car to do a full 360 spin. Somehow, he ended up back in the lane and continued driving forward.
